The Founder's Preview is our launch program running through May 31, 2026. Every new account gets 3 full months at Growth tier completely free — 100,000 Flow runs per month, 2,000 document renders per month, and unlimited gates. No credit card required.

After your 3-month preview period (or May 31, 2026, whichever comes first), your account transitions to the free tier unless you choose a paid plan. The free tier includes 500 Flow runs per month but no document rendering. You keep all your templates, gates, and settings. We'll send reminders well in advance.

Your Rynko subscription covers Rynko Flow (AI output validation: gates, approvals, analytics). Document generation (Rynko Render) is a separate add-on — add a monthly Render Pack (+$19/$49/$119/mo) to unlock PDF and Excel generation, or buy one-time credit packs for occasional needs. This keeps pricing predictable: you only pay for document generation if and when you need it.

Standard Runs cover schema validation and expression-based business rules — deterministic, fast, and predictable in cost. AI Judge uses LLM-based semantic evaluation for complex cases (e.g., "does this contract contain an indemnification clause?"). AI Judge is priced separately to ensure predictable unit economics and is coming soon on paid plans.

Each PDF or Excel file generated via the API counts as one document. Batch requests count each document in the batch separately.

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

For documents, you can purchase one-time credit packs (100–2,500 docs) or upgrade to a higher Render Pack tier. For Flow runs, overage billing kicks in automatically at your tier's rate — no pre-purchasing needed. Document credits never expire while your account is active.

Documents are stored for 3 days on all plans. After that, they're automatically deleted. You can download documents via signed URLs during this period.

Environments let you organize templates, API keys, and assets into separate isolated spaces. Use them to separate staging from production, manage different clients, or organize by project. Each environment has its own API keys and isolated data.

Yes! Invite project members with role-based access control. Viewers can see templates, Editors can create and modify them, Admins can manage project members, and Owners have full control including billing. Project member limits vary by plan.

Form fields allow you to create fillable PDF forms with text inputs, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns, date fields, and signature placeholders. This feature is available on all paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Scale).
