The Founder's Preview is our beta launch program running through March 31, 2026. Every new account that signs up during this period receives 5,000 free document credits with full access to all features. No credit card required. After the preview period ends, standard pricing will apply.

After March 31, 2026, your account will transition to the free tier (50 documents/month) unless you choose a paid plan. Any unused beta credits will expire, but you'll keep your templates and settings. We'll send reminders before the preview ends.

Each PDF or Excel file generated via the API counts as one document. Batch requests count each document in the batch separately.

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

You can purchase credit packs for additional documents. Credits never expire while your account is active and are used after your monthly quota is exhausted. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly documents.

Documents are stored for the retention period specified in your plan (1 or 3 days). After that, they're automatically deleted. You can download documents via signed URLs during this period.

Workspaces let you organize templates, API keys, and assets into separate environments. Use them to separate staging from production, manage different clients, or organize by project. Each workspace has its own API keys and isolated data.

Yes! Invite team members with role-based access control. Viewers can see templates, Editors can create and modify them, Admins can manage team members, and Owners have full control including billing. Team member limits vary by plan.

Form fields allow you to create fillable PDF forms with text inputs, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns, date fields, and signature placeholders. This feature is available on Growth and Scale plans.
